Direct Placement

GHCC recruits and reviews suitable professionals. Your business pays an agreed placement fee, then hires or contracts with and pays the selected professional directly.

Business Setup & Project Packages

You bring the vision. GHCC brings together the team, tools and support to get it going. From startup setup to new projects and business improvements, GHCC coordinates a complete service package with clear deliverables, timelines and pricing.

Instead of managing multiple providers, you work with GHCC as the central point of contact for the agreed scope and package.

GHCC confirms your quote, agreement and payment instructions directly. Work begins once the agreed arrangements are in place.

  2. We build your solution. GHCC reviews the request and recommends managed staffing, direct placement or a business setup and project package.
  3. Meet your talent. Review GHCC-approved professional summaries and meet selected candidates.
  4. Confirm the engagement. GHCC coordinates the quote, service agreement, payment arrangements and onboarding directly.
  5. Start working. Work begins under the agreed terms. GHCC remains available for the support included in your engagement.

For professionals

GHCC does not charge professionals to apply or join the talent network.

  1. Apply once. Create your account and complete the stepped application. Existing profile details and your saved CV can be reused.
  2. GHCC reviews your application. Selected applicants may be asked for supporting credentials privately or invited to an interview or skills assessment.
  3. Join the network. Approved professionals can be considered for opportunities based on skills, experience, availability and preferences.
  4. Review an assignment. GHCC confirms the role, compensation, expectations and engagement terms before you accept.
  5. Complete onboarding and begin. Provide any remaining documents requested for the assignment. Joining the network does not guarantee work.

Your compensation preferences and private documents remain under GHCC control. Businesses receive only GHCC-approved information.
