Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Glorious Healthcare Consulting, operating the GHCC Connect platform (“GHCC,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply when you visit GloriousHCC.com, submit an application or hiring request, respond to an opportunity, or use another GHCC Connect service.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.

2. What GHCC Connect provides

GHCC Connect helps businesses communicate their workforce needs and helps professionals present their skills and availability. Services may include application review, credential or reference checks, candidate screening, matching, introductions, interviews, placement assistance and optional ongoing support.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, GHCC is an intermediary and is not the employer, employee, agent, partner or representative of either a business or professional. Each party is responsible for evaluating and entering its own working, employment, contractor or service relationship.

3. Terms for businesses

A business submitting a hiring request agrees to provide accurate, current and lawful information about the organization, role, duties, schedule, location, systems, qualifications, compensation and work arrangement.

Businesses are responsible for:

• independently evaluating candidates and making final hiring or engagement decisions;
• providing accurate role expectations and a safe, lawful working environment;
• complying with applicable employment, contractor, wage, tax, immigration, licensing, accessibility and anti-discrimination laws;
• protecting candidate information and using it only for legitimate recruitment purposes;
• obtaining any additional checks, licenses, insurance or legal advice required for the role; and
• paying agreed compensation and GHCC fees when applicable.

GHCC may reject, pause or remove a hiring request that is misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, unrelated to legitimate work or inconsistent with platform standards.

4. Terms for professionals

A professional submitting an application agrees that all information and documents provided are accurate, current and their own. You must not misrepresent your identity, skills, work authorization, experience, availability, education, references, certifications or professional licenses.

Professionals are responsible for:

• keeping application and availability information current;
• maintaining equipment, internet access, confidentiality and professional standards required for an accepted role;
• understanding the terms of any offer before accepting it;
• maintaining licenses, insurance and legal authorization required for regulated work; and
• complying with applicable tax, employment, contractor and professional obligations.

You authorize GHCC to review the information submitted and, where you have consented and been approved, share relevant profile information with potential clients. Verification documents will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Matching, verification and placement

GHCC may consider skills, experience, software knowledge, availability, rate, time zone, language, credentials and client requirements when recommending potential matches. Technology may assist with organizing or scoring information, but a match score or recommendation is not a guarantee of suitability, performance, interview, hiring, earnings or continued work.

GHCC may verify selected information, but no screening process can guarantee that all information is complete or that a person or business will behave as expected. Businesses and professionals must exercise independent judgment and promptly report material concerns.

Submitting an application or hiring request does not guarantee approval, publication, a candidate shortlist, an interview or placement. GHCC may decide not to proceed with a submission and is not required to disclose confidential review methods.

6. Fees and separate agreements

Some GHCC services may require a fee. Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, replacement terms, refunds and managed-service arrangements will be stated in a proposal, invoice or separate written agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that specific service.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees paid for completed screening, consulting, recruitment or placement work are not automatically refundable.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use GHCC Connect to:

• submit false, stolen, misleading or unauthorized information;
• post or pursue illegal, unsafe, exploitative or discriminatory work;
• harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate another person or organization;
• scrape profiles, collect data in bulk, send spam or bypass security controls;
• upload malware or interfere with the website or another user; or
• use candidate or business information for an unrelated purpose.

We may restrict access, remove content, decline submissions or cooperate with lawful investigations when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Confidentiality and personal information

Businesses and professionals may receive confidential or personal information during recruitment or work. Each party must protect that information, limit access to people who need it, and use it only for the agreed purpose. Additional confidentiality, data-processing or regulated-industry requirements should be documented in a separate agreement.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Content and intellectual property

The GHCC Connect name, website design, written materials, graphics and platform content are owned by or licensed to GHCC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for its intended business or professional purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GHCC a limited, non-exclusive right to host, review, reproduce, format and share that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, evaluate submissions and facilitate approved matches. You confirm that you have the right to provide the content.

10. Third-party services

The platform may link to or rely on third-party services, including hosting, communications, scheduling, screening, payment or productivity tools. GHCC does not control their availability, content or independent practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and platform services are provided “as is” and “as available.” GHCC does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular candidate, a particular job, specific earnings, business results or the accuracy of information supplied by third parties.

GHCC does not provide legal, tax, medical, employment or licensing advice through the website. Businesses and professionals should obtain advice appropriate to their circumstances.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHCC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or business interruption arising from the platform, a match, a working relationship or third-party conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded, GHCC’s total liability arising from the matter will not exceed the amount you paid directly to GHCC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or US $100 if you paid no fee. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold GHCC and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your submitted content, your violation of these Terms or law, or your conduct in a recruitment or working relationship. This obligation does not apply where a claim results solely from GHCC’s own unlawful conduct.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. GHCC may suspend or end access, decline an application or request, or remove content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, nonpayment, platform integrity or enforcement of these Terms. Provisions that logically should continue—including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability provisions—survive termination.

15. Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires another location.

16. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the platform or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable separate agreement form the complete agreement concerning the relevant service.
